XBJ-5XXX Printing Inks for Graph Surface Print

　The kind of printing inks, whose main composition varnish is spirit and modified polyamide and main solvent is spirit alcohol, make quick-drying and high-solvent release of print base-matter combine with better adaptability on printing unit very well and can be used together with photosensitive resin plate to come into better effect for printing.
Print base-matter
　　● LDPE、LLDPE and HDPE film treated (surface tension≥38dyne).
　　●OPP film treated (surface tension≥38dyne).
　　●Polyester(PET) treated (surface tension≥48dyne).
　　●Nylon(NYL: surface tension≥52dyne).
　　●Surface treated: cellophane paper, aluminium flim-plating, aluminium foil, radium film, rainbow film and pearl film.
Printing viscosity
　　●White ink Zahn﹟2 (flow meter) 18－28s(25℃).
　　●Color ink Zahn﹟2 (flow meter) 22－28s(25℃).
Product Characteristics
　　●Low smell and low solution-remaining.
　　●High gloss, high-concentration hue, low viscosity and better adherence (film treated).
　　●Better transfer, clear gradation, strong color shade reappeared and suitable for high-speed printing
